All services are subject to availability in your area.
3. Bookings and Appointments
- All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email
- A booking confirmation will be sent to your nominated email address
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
- Clients are required to provide accurate information at the time of booking
- Access to the property must be provided at the agreed time
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Pricing is based on the type of service, property size, and specific requirements
- Final pricing will be confirmed prior to commencement of service
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer
- All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows or failure to provide access to the property will be charged at the full service rate
- Prism Cleaners reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We are committed to delivering the highest quality cleaning results
- If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion
- We will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost
- The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions beyond our control
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time
- Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to our arrival
- Inform us of any known hazards, health risks, or special requirements
- Ensure pets are secured during the cleaning service
- Provide access to water and electricity where required
8. Liability
- Prism Cleaners carries full public liability insurance
- We take all reasonable care when handling your property and belongings
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty or fragile items
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided
- We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services
9. Damage Claims
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted
- We reserve the right to inspect any alleged damage before accepting liability
- Approved claims will be settled at our discretion via repair, replacement, or compensation
10. Health and Safety
- Our cleaning professionals use eco-friendly and industry-approved cleaning products
- Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions relevant to cleaning products
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the property poses a health or safety risk to our staff
